1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to Hi-Lo Party Drinking Card Game ("the app"), available as a mobile application and as a web app at denobyte.com. The app does not require an account, and we do not collect, store or share any personally identifiable information directly.

2. Data stored and saved

The app has no user accounts, no cloud sync and no server-side storage of your game. Player names, game progress and any other information you enter while playing are used only during your session on your own device. We do not operate any servers that receive this information.

3. Advertising (mobile app)

The mobile app shows ads through Google AdMob to help keep the app free. Google AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, device information and general usage data to select, deliver and measure ads. Where required (for example in the EEA and UK), you may be asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown. This processing is governed by Google's own policies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads and policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Advertising and cookies (web version)

The web version is hosted on denobyte.com and may show ads through Google AdSense, now or in the future. Google, as a third-party vendor, may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's ad settings at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. The website itself may also use cookies and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited), as described in the general DenOByte website Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

The only third-party services used for the app are Google AdMob (mobile) and Google AdSense (web). These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover their practices. The app does not use any other advertising networks, analytics or crash-reporting services of its own.

6. Age requirement

Because the app is a drinking game, it is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or of legal drinking age in their country or region if that is higher. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data retention and deletion

We do not keep any of your data on our side, so there is nothing for us to delete. Closing the web app or uninstalling the mobile app removes anything the app stored on your device. To limit ad tracking, you can reset or disable your advertising ID in your device settings, or clear cookies in your browser.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
