1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing or using Hi-Lo Party Drinking Card Game ("the app"), on mobile or on the web at denobyte.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app does

The app is a card-guessing party game for two or more players, in which players predict whether the next card will be higher, lower or equal. It is provided free of charge, without requiring an account.

3. Age requirement

The app is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or of legal drinking age in their country or region if that is higher.

4. Responsible play

Hi-Lo is intended for entertainment purposes only. If you choose to play it as a drinking game: you must be of legal drinking age where you are; drink responsibly and never feel pressured to drink; never drink and drive or operate machinery; and stop or swap to a non-alcoholic drink at any time. The app does not require anyone to consume alcohol, and the game can be played with any drink or none at all. DenOByte is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the consumption of alcohol or from the actions of players.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the app, including using it lawfully and in a way that is safe for you and the people you play with.

6. Advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob (mobile) and may show ads through Google AdSense (web) to help keep it free; ads may not be present in every version or region. See the Privacy Policy for how ad consent and ad data are handled.

7. Intellectual property

The code, design, artwork and logic of the app belong to DenOByte. You may not reverse-engineer, copy or clone the app for commercial use.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from the consumption of alcohol while playing.

10. Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app and these terms over time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it or closing the web page. We may also discontinue the app or any of its features at our discretion.
